Shipping Policies
We ship orders Monday through Friday and strive to ship parts orders within 24 - 48 hours from the day of order. Our shipments are insured with each respective carrier. If your order appears to be damaged, please photograph and note any damage prior to accepting the shipment. Missing or lost items should be reported to Classic Cruisers immediately at 888.376.2420. At this time we ship orders via:
- United States Postal Service First Class and Priority Mail - Small to Medium Size Parts
- UPS Ground - Medium to Large Size Parts
- Truck Freight - Large to Very Large Parts (Body Panels, Engines, Frames, Body Tubs, Etc) Crating charges are applied to large item freight shipments, contact us for details.
- Will Call/Local Pickup - Please call ahead to schedule a time to visit and ensure adequate time to process your order. Available Monday through Friday 8 am - 5 pm
- Vehicle Shipping - We work with several vehicle shippers to accommodate incoming and outgoing Cruisers.
- Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico - United States Postal Service
- International Shipping - Please arrange a USA shipping location such as a freight forwarder to handle the export process. Contact us (888.376.2420 or info@ClassicCruisers.com) for more details.
